The Wedding Canvas finished at last!

Not Quite Finished Wedding Canvas and Teacher Pressie!

This is the almost finished product.  Have had sooo much fun doing both of these projects!!  Thankyou so much Geordie for showing me how to make flowers, and everything else that goes into making an altered canvas. There is a lot so I will stop thanking now or I will be here all day!!














Hayden's teacher is a treasure, so I hope she likes the "treasure box" I did for her!
The top little rose red flower on Lyn's Treasure Box is hand made from stampin up seam binding ribbon. How cute it is!!

Christmas Cards!

Christmas is coming YAH!  Thankyou to Jo for showing me the 2 techniques - the one with tulle, scrunched up and a brad popped around it to keep it in place, and the seam binding ribbon around the "JOY" card! LOVE IT!














I popped some glitter on the tulle which really made it POP!

Love the colours on this. Baja Breeze and Silver Card Stock, hhhmm Christmas is coming!! Love that new snowflake die!




And lastly, a "Swing" Card, so cute, so easy to make. The photo below is of the card is of the card on the left, just the other side! What Fun!!!

I really love this card! We did it at our demonstrator get together recently using a cool new stamp set from the holiday catalogue!  It is Geordie's design, thankyou Geordie for this project!
 

Abby's Birthday Present!

 

 Hi, Abby loved her pressie! Inside the box is a personally made card making kit.  I'd love an excuse to do another, so talk to me if you'd like one for your daughter or son!!  John's Mum was also here, so as a last minute thing that was not photographed was a jar we popped ribbon in, put rose red seam binding ribbon around the bottle and a flower on top.  It looked very cute too!

Beautiful Christmas Decoration!

Hi, do you know the beautiful decoration you can see on your right very bottom ede of screen?  It's the one on the front page of the Christmas Holiday Catalogue.  Weeeellllll, I was very excited to buy the goodies needed to make this creation, and I was looking forward to offering it as a class..... but... an older and wiser SU demo friend helped me realise that it is difficult to offer as a class because of the repetitive nature of needing the same tools etc all at once.    

Sooo, what is going to happen is this:   You can "hire" the goodies required to make the decoration (you will be able to make as many as you want) for $10 for a week. There is a GREAT you tube tutorial on how to make the decoration,  so that takes care of the "how do I make it" question. The dies and stamps are going back to Stampin' Up! if no one is interested in doing the "hire", as I am just not going to get there to play with this set with all the fluffy feeted (is that a word? lol!) additions around here at the moment.

Cute as chicks are, they are a reality check on what time it takes to look after them.

If I haven't heard from anyone by the end of October I'll send this goodies back. Sad but true.  I would love for someone to get enjoyment from them, even if it isn't me, lol!!  Let me know if you're interested! 

Also, remember during the month of October, if you spend $60 you get a free spool of a new in colour ribbon, and omg, they are LOVELY.

Card Class Today!!

Hi, these are the lovely four cards we are making TODAY Tuesday the 2nd of October at 9.30!!  I am expecting one maybe two ladies, soooo, if you're needing some me time, pick up the phone, and call me to book in!! Wedding Card and Class Info

 Hi, hope you enjoy this card I made for Vicki's brothers' wedding!  Sorry about the blurry insert!!

 Classes for the holidays:  One kids class this Wednesday the 26th at 10.30am.  3 cards $15. Lots of Fun!
Adults Class Tuesday the 2nd of October at 9.30am.  Four cards $20 byo a small plate for morning tea if you wish!!  Looking forward to seeing you soon.  Please let me know day before at the latest if you wish to come.  Last but not least I will be doing an order on Monday the 1ST OCTOBER, so please let me know if you'd like anything from the catalogues.  Aren't they just the BEST catalogues ever!!!??? A mistake is really an opportunity!

I got some ink on the left hand side on both front and back of this cute tag holder, and "fixed it" by giving the holder an external "spine".  So happy with the result! XXX
